Divorce Notice The Advertiser 16 September 1933 In the Supreme Court yesterday the Chief Justice (Sir George Murray) heard the undefended action for divorce. Order for nisi for dissolution of marriage was made : Rita Pearce of Harrison street, North Croydon, against Harold Ernest Walter Pearce of Maitland, on the ground of desertion. Mrs Pearce was given custody of a child Arthur Walter Pearce and was awarded costs. Mr. L.T. Gun appeared for her.

Divorce Notice The Advertiser 8 November 1933 The following petition for divorce came before the Chief Justice (Sir George Murray) in the Civil Court yesterday and a decree nisi was granted. Ellen Doris Pinnington of Jetty road, Brighton against William Ray Pinnington, of Port Lincoln, on the ground of desertion since December, 1926. Mrs Pinnington was granted costs, maintenance and the custody of the child of the marriage, Eileen Doris Pinnington. Pinnington entered an appearance limited to maintenance and costs. Mr. C. A. Sandery appeared for Mrs Pinnington.

Divorce Notice The Advertiser 7 December 1933 In the Supreme Court yesterday, Mr Justice Angas Parsons granted an order nisi for divorce in an undefended action. Mr C.A. Sanders appeared for the plaintiff. Marian Eliza Pollard of Somerset avenue, Cumberland, against Albert William Colley Pollard of Adelaide, labourer, on the ground of desertion. The question of maintenance was referred to the Master.
