The custody of three children, Dorothy May, Eric and Ralph was given to Mrs Klar.

Court Notice Naracoorte Herald 5 January 1950 Traffic Act Breaches Staniswa Koc, laborer of Kybybolite, was charged with having speeded with a pillion passenger. He was convicted and fine £2 with 10/- costs. The court commented that this type of offence was becoming too common, and that offenders would receive much heavier penalties in future. The practice of speeding on motorcycle was a dangerous one and offenders could not expect to gain any leniency from the Court.
