_Court Notice Naracoorte Herald 15th December 1949 DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR Before Mr. J.C. Palmer, J.P., (by consent) on Monday, Albert John Cattermole, of Naracoorte, was charged with disorderly behaviour, a breach of Section 75 of the Police Act. He pleaded guilty and was fined £2 with 7/6 Court fees, in default three days' imprisonment. Fourteen days were allowed in which to pay. The police intimated that Cattermole was creating a disturbance in the Polling Booth on Saturday, and was arrested.

Divorce Notice The Advertiser 9 November 1933 Action for divorce was heard by the Chief Justice (Sir George Murray) in No. 3 Civil Court yesterday. Decree nisi was granted. Norma Henrietta Behrens Catton of Albert street, Parkside against Louis Abraham Catton, of Franklin street, Adelaide on the ground of his adultery. Mrs Catton was granted custody of Patricia Jean Catton, the only child of the marriage. Mr. J. Brazel appeared for Mrs. Catton.

_Court Notice Naracoorte Herald 20th January 1949 William George Chaplin, contractor, of Naracoorte, was charged with having driven a motor vehicle which had the number plates obliterated, contrary to Section 13 (4)B of the Road Traffic Act. Mr Barter appeared for this defendant, who was fined £2 10/- with 10/- costs.

_Police Court Notice Port Lincoln Times 11th Janaury 1940 Penong Police Court Before Messrs. E. Oats and W. Roberts, J'sP., John Colbert, of Denial Bay, sharefarmer, was charged with the unlawful possession of one sheep, the property of Lillian Neiass, of Penong. He pleaded guilty, M.C. Williams prosecuted. Defendant explained that Mrs Neiass had agreed to supply him with meat while working on the property, and as she had not done so over the last six weeks, he thought he was entitled to have a sheep for himself, especially as he was going to denial Bay to spend the Christmas holidays. Mrs Neiass hnew that he was going and he assured the court that it was far from his mind to steal the sheep. The court in taking into consideration the defendant's age and the result of an accident he had some months ago, fined him £5, with £2 7/6 costs, in default 14 day's imprisonment. One month was allowed in which to pay the fine.

Divorce Notice The Advertiser 8 November 1933 The following petition for divorce came before the Chief Justice (Sir George Murray) in the Civil Court yesterday and a decree nisi was granted. Alice Emily Cook of Penong, against Samuel Gregory Cook, of Robert street, Moonta, on the grounds of desertion and adultery with Mrs Lottie Marsland, also of Robert street Moonta. Mrs Cook did not claim costs or maintenance. Mr G Zeising appeared for her.
